News announced this morning from NICE (national institute of health and care excellence) stated that in uncomplicated pregnancies it is safer to have your baby at home or a mid-wife led centre. Good news for new parents in Brighton and Hove where we have a well established home birth team and following the commitment from the trust that a birth centre will be built in the near future.
