Hypno-birthing goes mainstream (at last)

Quick post today as have long to-do list following a big MSLC meeting yesterday (featuring a lively Q&A from our fabulous Parent Reps to the Chief Exec of the Hospital, Duncan Selbie – who has reiterated his commitment to opening a Brighton Birth Centre some time in 2012-13).

One of our MSLC members and hypnobirthing practitioner Sonia Griffiths has sent through this link – it looks like the benefits of hypno-birthing are being recognised by NHS Scotland. Scroll down the article to read the stats (no c-sections !) and check out the quotes from the women. We see the future.
